  • Staff Machine Learning Engineer, CX Intelligence (CEEI)

Requirements

  • 8+ years in machine learning and software engineering with production ML systems experience
  • Hands-on with LLMs, deep learning, graph neural networks, gradient-boosted trees, or regression; strong NLP/data mining/advanced statistics knowledge
  • Strong Python skills with production-grade, well-tested code
  • Experience mentoring engineers and leading design reviews; ability to influence across stakeholders
  • Responsible AI: applying AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality

Compensation & benefits

  • Base salary range: $218,025—$256,500 USD (varies by location)
  • Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility
