Your position

  • Staff Software Engineer to lead the Margin & Risk team (Prime Engine); own architecture across portfolio margin, intraday margin, options risk, crypto risk controls, and margin models for new asset classes; senior technical anchor coordinating with PMO, Brokerage Ops, Compliance, and adjacent teams; lead design reviews and mentor engineers while contributing as a principal coder on mission-critical systems.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of backend or distributed-systems experience.
  • Ownership of a high-volume production system with impact on financial outcomes.
  • Experience designing and shipping transactional, low-latency, high-throughput systems.
  • Strong Go skills or deep experience in Java, C++, or Rust with willingness to work primarily in Go.
  • Relational databases expertise (PostgreSQL preferred), transactions, consistency, and concurrency.
