Your position

  • Staff Software Engineer, Frontend/Platform - Finance Engineering Platform (L6). Own frontend strategy for reconciliation and operations products; React/TypeScript apps for high-volume financial data; design auditable workflows; define contracts with backend; establish frontend best practices; mentor engineers; partner with Finance/Accounting stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years software engineering with production web apps using React and TypeScript; fullstack capability across frontend and backend services
  • Led ambiguous, cross-functional projects from problem definition through design, rollout, and iteration
  • Deep frontend architecture expertise: state management, API integration, performance, accessibility, testing, observability
  • Experience building data-rich operational/enterprise/workflow systems where accuracy and trust are essential (financial/reconciliation/payments domain preferred)
  • History of influencing technical direction across boundaries with written designs and product discussions; ability to align diverse stakeholders across teams with different priorities - plus mentoring engineers to raise the team's technical bar

Compensation & benefits

  • Remote-first, not remote-only; quarterly in-person surges
  • Annual base salary: $218,025—$256,500 (excluding equity/bonus)
