Your position

  • Trading Operations Associate (West Coast) — Provide high-quality support to enterprise-level clients on order entry, execution, best ex, trade surveillance, and high-touch order handling; build and maintain client relationships; monitor trading activity for smooth operations; collaborate with trading desks, IT, and compliance; resolve issues and provide market insights; ensure regulatory compliance; gather client feedback to improve services/tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in brokerage operations, trading, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer support, relationship management, and trading services.
  • Experience with trading platforms and equities trading; familiarity with FIX protocol; options experience is a plus.
  • FINRA Series 7, 63 or local equivalent with willingness to obtain within 6 months.
