Experience working directly with live financial markets, ideally in trading operations or a similar role at a hedge fund, prop trading firm, trading desk, or crypto trading business
Strong understanding of market dynamics and trading strategies, with ability to recognise unusual market behaviour and understand implications
Ability to follow market developments closely and make decisions as new information comes in
Good judgment under pressure, ability to investigate issues independently, resolve what you can, and escalate when necessary
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of how trading strategies work without requiring software engineering or quantitative research background

APAC-based role with remote-first setup
$120,000 - $140,000 base salary per year
National pay range cited as $120,000 – $145,000 base with potential additional On Target Earnings and equity
100% paid medical & dental
$1,000 WFH stipend for remote work setup, plus monthly reimbursement for home internet, phone, and cellular data (mobile)
