Having mastered volatile digital asset markets, we now leverage this technical and market expertise to drive our expansion into Traditional Finance.   What You Will Do Develop comprehensive working knowledge of internal systems. Troubleshoot, identify root causes and proactively suggest solutions and enhancements Provide timely response and resolution to alerts, queries and issues raised by trading teams Facilitate onboarding of new accounts and complete setup in relevant trading-related systems Liaise with other teams and continuously develop innovative ways to improve processes and procedures Assist with system automation projects Document detailed procedures, review and enhance existing technical documentation Who You Are At least 2 years of trading infrastructure and application support experience Hav e a good understanding of financial products Strong technical skills and interest in technologies such as Python & Linux Fluency in English & Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with colleagues across different locations Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills, and doesn’t settle for mediocrity Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure in a very fast-paced environment, and be able to adjust the priority of assignments on short notice Ideally with an advanced degree in STEM Why Join Us Competitive remuneration package and a m eritocratic culture where accomplishments are rewarded Fast paced and result-oriented with a flat structure Teams collaborate in a casual working environment Excellent exposure to the digital asset ecosystem and the latest market insight Great career development opportunities   Disclaimer We do not accept unsolicited resumes from any professional staffing or search firms.
