Your position

  • US MLRO & Financial Crimes Officer (contract) – hands-on execution role handling day-to-day US AML obligations (SAR/CTR/FinCEN), OFAC sanctions, onboarding support (KYC/SOF), 314a/314b requests, regulatory examinations, and risk assessments; collaborates with Legal/Risk.

Requirements

  • Active FINRA licenses required (Series 7, 24 or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience as US MLRO or Deputy MLRO (SAR/CTR/FinCEN)
  • Strong OFAC and US sanctions experience
  • Broker-dealer compliance experience required
  • Experience in digital assets/crypto (Chainalysis or equivalent) or blockchain analytics preferred? (text says Chainalysis or equivalent) - include as stated, yes
