Your position

  • VP, Campus Construction Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years delivering large-scale mission-critical projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple project leaders or concurrent projects
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-phase or campus-scale developments
  • Deep understanding of construction delivery models (including GMP), risk management, and contractor oversight
  • Technical fluency across MEP, commissioning, civil, and structural systems (MEP, commissioning, civil, structural)
