Your position

  • Treasury Associate (Web3) responsible for protecting company funds, liquidity management, and financial reporting; advise on loans or liquidity investments; ensure funds cover operational costs and capital investments.
  • Day-to-day: manage bank relationships, monitor liquidity, oversee cash, FX and cryptocurrency exposures, payments, and crypto wallets; develop FX and cryptocurrency risk mitigation; forecast funding and hedging; manage debt facilities if required; analyze scenarios; coordinate with settlement and operations.

Requirements

  • Understanding of financial markets, instruments, and debt instruments.
  • Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants.
  • Treasury accounting experience including FX, liquidity, cash flow, and financial instruments.
  • Handling of sensitive information; strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Team player with ability to communicate across multiple parties.

Compensation & benefits

  • Shift differential: NT$10,000 monthly for rotating shifts.
  • Schedule flexibility: after 1–3 months, shifts 9am–6am, 3pm–12am, and 12am–9am; night shifts may be remote.
  • Night shift allowance: additional NT$10,000 regardless of days; nightly shift allowance of NT$600 per night.
